Job summary

Allianz Trade recrute un(e) stagiaire étudiant(e) en M1/M2, basé à Paris, pour soutenir la mise en œuvre du modèle de service client et les projets stratégiques liés à l’expérience client et aux processus internes.

Vous analyerez des données et KPIs, contribuerez à la maintenance des outils digitaux et coordonnerez des interactions avec les unités internationales. Des compétences en Excel, BI et anglais sont attendues.

Qualifications

• Étudiant en M1/M2 recherché pour un stage/développement professionnel.
• Compétences en service client et sens business développée.
• Bonnes capacités de communication et relationnelles interculturelles.

Responsibilities

• Analyser les données et KPIs clients (utilisation d’outils IT et Excel).
• Participer à la maintenance et à l’évolution des outils numériques et à la gestion des incidents.
• Interaction avec les unités internationales pour les projets du service client du groupe.
• Améliorer l’utilisation de la nouvelle plateforme omnicanale et du self-service par les équipes et les clients.
• Participer aux tâches de gestion de projet et à l’élaboration de guides utilisateurs.

About The Role

The role is to contribute to the roll out of the customer service model by providing support on strategic projects to enhance customer experience and internal process : needs and implementation of IT solutions. Reports to the group customer service manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & KPIs analysis : provide accurate customer data and indicators extractions (usage of IT tools and Excel)
• Participate to the digital tools maintenance and evolution and incidents managemen
• International business units interactions : be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects
• New omnichannel platform & Self-service : improve the usage by customer service teams and customers
• Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration

Profile/ Required Skills

• M1/M2 Student
• Sense of customer service and business
• Good communication skills
• Multicultural relationship skills
• Analytic skills, at ease with data (usage of Excel, AI and Digital tools)
• Office package with good command of power point
• Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools
• English spoken

Nice To Have

• An experience in the sector of BtoB insurance
• An experience on the customer experience journey
• French is a plus
