Qualifications

• Master’s-level qualification in insurance (Master II equivalent).
• Approximately 5–7 years of solid insurance experience in international groups, large insurers or brokers.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous; proactive, business-oriented in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage group insurance programs, including renewals and broker tenders.
• Coordinate with brokers on master policies: deployment, information collection, certificates, and reporting.
• Ensure policies evolve in line with market capacity and monitor documentation.
• Oversee annual program lifecycle: budgeting, invoicing, renewal instructions, contracts, endorsements & certificates.
• Manage complex claims across lines in coordination with Accounting and subsidiaries.
• Supervise claims handling and coordinate with adjusters, brokers or insurers.
• Lead group-level fire risk prevention and protection strategy.
• Draft liability and insurance clauses for contracts and procurement.
• Participate in cross-functional Group projects and implement training/procedures.
• Prepare annual Group insurance budget and coordinate with Finance.
