Jobtailor is looking for a proactive professional to help grow remote insurance sales in Strasbourg. You will engage prospects through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and web referrals to advise on and sell personal insurance products.

You will handle client inquiries across multiple channels, ensure accurate data updates per procedures, and thrive in a collaborative, energetic team environment that values strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Hold a post-secondary diploma (equivalent to Bac+2).
• Passionate about customer relationships.
• Comfortable on the phone.
• Energetic and proactive in outreach.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of remote insurance sales: outbound/inbound calls, emails, and web referrals.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to offer, advise on, and sell personal insurance products and services.
• Receive and handle insurance-related inquiries from clients and prospects across multiple channels (multichannel).
• Ensure client data is updated and enriched in accordance with procedures.
