Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end grid interconnection for large-scale hyperscale data centre campuses across Europe. You will own the process from feasibility to energisation, acting as the single interface with TSO/DSO operators and coordinating across development, construction, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will drive schedules, manage risks, and develop playbooks to embed grid delivery in the broader programme

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering grid connection, power infrastructure, or complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience managing utility or infrastructure interfaces across full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex programmes.
• Willingness to travel across Southern Europe (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead HV/MV grid connection projects across EMEA from feasibility to energisation.
• Manage grid connection processes including capacity assessments, applications, technical studies, and connection agreements.
• Serve as primary interface with TSO/DSO operators on technical, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align grid delivery with campus development and construction programmes.
• Oversee grid connection designs ensuring compatibility with EdgeConneX infrastructure and grid codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies across the EMEA portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate grid connection risks and accelerate delivery where possible.
• Support commercial negotiations and investment decisions with technical input.
• Provide progress updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Develop standardized processes, playbooks, and best practices for grid delivery.
