Job summary

nLighten, a leading European edge data centre platform, is hiring a Service Delivery Director to own customer delivery from contract signature to handover, and to standardise monitoring, metering and connectivity systems across its data halls.

You will lead regional Service Delivery Managers, drive continuous improvement, manage NRC pricing, and partner with Product, Solution Architects, Procurement and Finance to ensure seamless execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in service or project delivery in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven management of multi-site customer deployments.
• Technical knowledge of power distribution, BMS/DCIM, and fibre.
• Commercial budgeting, NRC/MRC modelling and price books.
• Strong data discipline; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer delivery from contract signature to handover.
• Lead regional Service Delivery Managers across sites.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and proper handover to Billing.
• Maintain delivery data in Salesforce from contract to handover.
• Standardise monitoring, fibre, cabling rollouts across data centers.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Architects to define delivery standards.
• Develop NRC cost estimates and track delivered cost.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, speed and cost.
