Eaton is seeking a Data Centre Electrical Design Manager to lead electrical design across data center projects in Europe, reporting to the EMEA Director of Engineering - DC Segment. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership to deliver innovative, reliable electrical solutions.

Based in Spain/France/Italy, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive value engineering, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to electrical standards while coordinating with project

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in mission critical electrical design.
• Experience leading design teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design from concept to construction support.
• Manage design teams, resources, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor the DC design team.
• Perform value engineering and optioning analyses.
• Review designs, calculations, reports and conduct peer reviews.
• Lead client meetings and site visits to resolve issues.
