CloudHQ is seeking a Lead Power Systems Engineer to design, deliver, and manage utility infrastructure for hyperscale data centres across EMEA. You will coordinate with utilities, engineers, and vendors to ensure reliable HV/MV distribution, UPS, and interconnections, while guiding projects from concept through commissioning.

The role requires a strong background in power systems, data centre design, and cross-functional collaboration across a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in design and delivery of utility connections or similar complex projects in EMEA; data centre experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; other European languages desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity in EMEA.
• Lead design and delivery of power connections for hyperscale data center projects.
• Oversight of HV/MV systems, UPS, generators, distribution, and monitoring systems.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regional regulations.
