Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an Engineering & Solutions Manager, Europe to lead and develop its Customer Engineering capability across Europe, ensuring safety, governance and high-quality engineering delivery for complex customer solutions in power, temperature control, and energy technologies.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Product Management and Project teams to drive growth across Data Centres, Utilities, Energy Transition and Critical Infrastructure, while mentoring multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Experienced engineering leader with a track record managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong governance, safety and risk management knowledge.
• Commercially aware with ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Aggreko’s engineering function across Europe including Project Design, Controls, and Solutions Engineering.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, governance, and assurance processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Product teams to deliver innovative customer solutions.
• Provide leadership and oversight for complex customer opportunities, ensuring feasible designs and viable economics.
• Drive engineering innovation and productivity through new technologies and knowledge sharing.
