Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an Engineering & Solutions Manager, Europe to lead and develop its Customer Engineering capability across Europe, ensuring governance, standards and technical excellence to deliver complex customer solutions.

You will oversee Project Design, Controls Engineering, Product Specialists and Solutions & Applications Engineering, partnering with Commercial, Operations and Product teams to drive strategic initiatives across data centres, utilities, energy transition and critical

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience delivering complex engineered solutions in mission-critical environments with strong commercial, operational and technical drivers.
• Significant engineering leadership experience within power generation and/or temperature control industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Aggreko’s multidisciplinary engineering function across Project Design Engineering, Controls Engineering, Product Specialists and Solutions & Applications Engineering.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, technical governance and assurance processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Product Management and Project teams to develop innovative customer solutions across sectors including Data Centres, Utilities, Energy Transition and Critical Infrastructure.
• Provide leadership and oversight for complex customer opportunities, ensuring robust design, feasibility, risk mitigation and commercial viability.
• Drive engineering innovation and productivity through new technologies, AI-enabled tools, partnerships and continuous improvement.
