Graitec GmbH seeks an experienced Office Manager / People Operations partner to shape the employee experience across our global workplaces. You will design onboarding, manage SharePoint tasks, and align communications with HR governance to support Graitec’s employer brand.

You will drive workspace strategy, support hybrid attendance analytics, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while coordinating with hiring managers and external vendors for smooth cross-border mobility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Design and orchestrate globally consistent onboarding and pre-boarding experiences.
• Lead communication announcements for new-hire visibility moments that support Graitec’s employer brand.
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process including SharePoint management and global messaging synchronization.
• Drive Graitec offices' cultural energy and workspace planning.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and hybrid attendance analytics.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and global facilities governance.
