Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Director, VAR & Channel Partnerships in France to build a global reseller ecosystem for an AI infrastructure platform. Initially an individual contributor, you will recruit VARs, activate relationships, and drive first partner-sourced bookings across North America, EMEA and APJ.

You will shape the channel strategy, define commercial models, enablement programs, and co-selling processes, with hiring plans as the program scales.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in channel, reseller, or partner sales within infrastructure software, AI infrastructure, or cloud technology.
• Proven track record building partner channels from early stage into revenue-producing ecosystems across regions.
• Executive-level relationships with national/regional VARs; strong commercial instincts.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or comparable qualification framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead global VAR and channel strategy from recruitment to long-term expansion across NA, EMEA, APJ.
• Recruit, activate and manage high-potential VARs; drive first partner-sourced bookings.
• Design commercial model, incentives, and renewal rights; own deal registration and PoR.
• Align internal incentives for co-selling and manage channel conflicts; drive MDF governance.
• Lead partner enablement, certifications, and joint marketing with measurable pipeline.
