Forvia Interiors is seeking a Global Training Specialist to coordinate and deploy learning initiatives across our multinational organization from the Nanterre Headquarters. The role ensures alignment with business priorities and consistent implementation across regions and functions.

You will contribute to the design and improvement of training programs, manage external providers, and monitor KPIs, budgets and learner feedback while promoting learning opportunities company-wide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, talent development or HR project management.
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the deployment of global learning programs with regional, functional and local HR teams.
• Consolidate training needs from talent reviews and development plans.
• Support the design and improvement of training programs and materials.
• Monitor training participation, budgets, feedback and KPIs; prepare dashboards.
