Forvia Interiors, based in Nanterre, part of Faurecia, is seeking a Global Training Specialist to coordinate and deploy learning initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will partner with regional HR teams to design and improve training programs, monitor KPIs and budgets, and ensure compliance and data privacy across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or HR project management.
• Experience in an international environment is preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the deployment of global training programs with regional HR teams across functions and regions.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of training materials and development journeys.
• Monitor training participation, budgets and key learning indicators; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Promote learning opportunities through targeted communication campaigns; support onboarding and leadership development.
