Mars France in Aimargues, near Montpellier, seeks a Global Technical Leader for Wet Food processing to specify, procure, install, and commission equipment, driving capital improvements and new product initiatives.

You will plan and manage engineering and financial resources for CapEx/OpEx projects from concept to implementation, and mentor engineers while leading cross-functional teams across Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering (CPG/pharma preferred).
• Deep knowledge of wet food processing and related engineering disciplines.
• Strong business acumen with benchmarking to optimize processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Deliver process engineering solutions to build competitive manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and cash flows for assigned projects.
• Scope and estimate CapEx projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop and enforce global engineering standards for wet pet food production.
• Lead site master planning and coordinate with market demand and safety benchmarks.
• Conduct peer reviews and share best practices within global guidelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
• Act as technical lead during CVS phases of new installations.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards to achieve zero-accident culture.
