Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Global WET Technology Specialist to lead industrialization of WET products across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION manufacturing networks. You will define and own the WET tech specifications from raw materials through retort processes, ensuring quality attributes and safety standards are met globally.

The role requires a science/engineering background, 5+ years in food technology development, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in food technology development, process scale-up or implementation in factory settings.
• Proven experience in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WET industrialization pillar at Global, owning the industrialization process for QUEST projects and ensuring KPI delivery.
• Lead the WET product & process governance pillar, publishing R&D specifications for WET technology across the global network.
• Define and publish process and product specifications for WET manufacturing standards and for new raw materials or new technology.
• Support deployment of product & process across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION manufacturing networks by validating processes and products.
