Mars France is seeking a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead industrialization and governance for DRY products across the global Royal Canin and PetNutrition manufacturing network. The role requires a strong background in food technology, scale-up, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Aimargues, France, the position offers permanent, full-time onsite work with a focus on global standardization, process validation, and knowledge management in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
• Proven experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
• Lead of DRY PRODUCT & DRY PROCESS GOVERNANCE pillar at Global.
• Define, write and publish R&D specifications related to DRY Technology.
• Support deployment of product & process on the ROYAL CANIN and PETNUTRITION network by defining validation standards.
• Collaborate with Regional DRY technology Specialists to align on new projects and workload overview.
