Mars France is seeking a Global PACKAGING Technology Specialist to lead packaging material and process implementations across the global factory network for DRY & WET products. You will define R&D packaging specifications and drive industrialization across Roy​​al Canin and Pet Nutrition sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering; packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging industry as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in factory environment.
• Proven experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of PACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar for DRY & WET at Global.
• Drive End-to-End Industrialization: oversee scale-up and execution across sites.
• Prototyping: update IRAs and participate in Go/No-Go gates.
• Industrialization: define factory test run validation plans and sampling protocols.
• Launch: publish packaging material and format specifications and validate IRAs.
• Factory & Regional Support: escalate and troubleshoot with regional teams.
