Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Aimargues, France, invites a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead the industrialization of DRY manufacturing, from raw materials reception to cooling, across the global Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION network.

You will define and publish R&D specifications for DRY technology, shape process and product standards, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure successful product transfers and validated implementations within a multicultural, global

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, Engineering – Packaging is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

Lead DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
Define DRY product and DRY process governance; develop and publish R&D specifications for DRY technology.
Define process specifications related to DRY manufacturing standard and product specifications for DRY manufacturing.
Support deployment and validation across ROYAL CANIN and PETNUTRITION manufacturing network.
