Sonepar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy for the Headquarters, aligning with business goals to attract and retain key candidates across Digital, Data, IT, Cybersecurity and other corporate functions in an international setting.
The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, driving process improvements, and building strong pipelines across geographies, with a hybrid Paris-based setup (3 days on-site after probation).

As a Talent Acquisition manager, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy for Sonepar Headquarters, ensuring it is aligned with the business strategy, in order to attract, recruit and retain key candidates in a competitive and talent-scarce market. You would work across a range of areas within Human Resources, playing a key role in talent acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Specilialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Sonepar's digital transformation agenda by attracting, engaging and hiring key talent across Headquarters functions. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will contribute to the growth of critical capabilities in areas such as Digital, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT, while also supporting a broader range of strategic positions.
Operating in an international environment, you will proactively identify and engage talent across multiple geographies, helping Sonepar strengthen its global leadership and expertise.
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing and international environment and ability to recruit rare and technical candidates

Fluent spoken and written English and French (minimum C1 level)
Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period
