Bigblue, based in Paris, is hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles across Europe. The role is hybrid with two remote days per week, requiring fluency in English and French to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle from role intake to closing, partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and other teams, and drive process improvements to raise the overall speed and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience recruiting for tech roles.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment.
