Nexans is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist to join the Global Talent Acquisition team in Paris. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles, partners with senior stakeholders, and drive internal mobility and employer branding while optimizing recruitment processes.

The role requires roughly 5+ years in talent acquisition within an international setting, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Management within an international organisation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions while partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Fluent in both English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and other attraction channels.
• Champion Internal Mobility by supporting employees and HR teams with career opportunities across the Group.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, careers events and social media campaigns that strengthen Nexans' reputation as an employer of choice.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, systems and Talent Acquisition projects, helping deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
