Materialise is seeking a Global Software Sales Director to lead its Software Unit’s worldwide sales organization. You will drive growth, develop executive customer relationships, and align sales with marketing, product management, and partnerships.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a track record in software sales transformation, strategic account expansion, and cross‑functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership with 10–15 years of experience in software or related sectors.
• 5–10 years of cloud/platform sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global sales growth strategy for the Software Unit.
• Drive growth across strategic and existing customer accounts.
• Lead the transition toward platform, hybrid, and native cloud‑oriented sales models.
• Build strong executive relationships with customers.
• Lead and develop high‑performing sales, sales engineering, and operations teams.
