Job summary

Graitec Group is seeking a Solution Sales Leader to guide and develop a multi-country sales team focused on the Simulate Software line. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share in the AECO space, and build strong customer relationships.

You will partner with Marketing, Technical Team, and Account Managers to craft campaigns, monitor pipelines in CRM, and ensure targets are met. Travel may be required as part of developing key accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience selling software solutions to the AEC industry is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-cultural sales team, set performance goals, coach, and develop talent.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets for Ideate Software.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Team and Account Managers to drive campaigns and leads.
• Monitor activities, pipeline and performance using CRM to ensure progress toward goals.
• Guide teams to identify key accounts and expand relationships in the AEC sector.
