Job summary

Magellan is seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Sales Leader in Paris to drive commercial strategy, revenue, and profitability for the SAP Business Unit. You will manage key accounts across the SAP lifecycle, including S/4HANA transformations and AMS, while shaping go-to-market plans with Practice Directors.

With 25+ years in IT services sales and 15+ years leading sales teams, you will cultivate executive relationships and strategic partnerships, aligning resources to deliver high-value outcomes

Qualifications

• Over 25 years in IT services sales within SAP ecosystem.
• 15+ years leading sales teams (Accounts Managers, Business Managers).
• Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP BU commercial strategy, target industries, and growth objectives.
• Lead revenue, orders, and profitability, managing KPIs and renewal cycles.
• Develop key accounts across SAP lifecycle including S/4HANA migrations and AMS.
• Partner with SAP and ecosystem to expand alliances and delivery models.
