CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global CRM Support Expert to enhance and manage C-View, CEVA's Salesforce-based CRM platform. You will support users across regions, drive adoption, and contribute to CRM initiatives.

The role involves training end users, developing documentation, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to improve processes and governance within a fast-growing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT/IS/Business/Supply Chain or related field.
• Significant experience in Salesforce administration, CRM support or CRM project management in international environment.
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), CRM administration, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Mass data updates and data quality management experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer the global user community of the C-View CRM platform and provide day-to-day functional support.
• Train and support end users and local admins to maximize Salesforce adoption.
• Develop training materials, user guides and communications for new CRM functionalities.
• Participate in CRM enhancement projects from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure CRM meets operational needs.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for Sales and Customer Care teams.
• Monitor CRM releases and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the Global CRM roadmap with stakeholders worldwide.
