CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our CRM & Data team in Marseille. You will act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and IT, delivering Sales Cloud enhancements across an international environment.

You will structure requirements, write user stories, maintain the backlog, and drive UAT and testing to ensure high-quality CRM processes. The role emphasizes collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/CRM consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (functional expertise required).
• Ability to structure, analyze, and challenge complex business requirements.
• Understanding of CRM processes and sales lifecycle management.
• Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong exposure to Agile environments (user stories, backlog, sprint cycles).
• Experience in functional testing and UAT execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both business and technical.
• Autonomous, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset.

About the Role

Within the CRM & Data team, you will act as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud), serving as the key functional link between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Your mission is to structure business needs, challenge requirements, and ensure the effective delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements across an international environment.

You will contribute both to project delivery and operational support, ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement of the CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Data teams
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Contribute to the design and evolution of CRM processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Manage and maintain the functional backlog
• Support prioritization based on business value and operational impact
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT teams for Salesforce enhancements
• Lead and support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure functional delivery quality and alignment with business expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (automation, process optimization, data quality)

Candidate Profile

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Functional Consultant, or CRM Consultant
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (functional expertise required)
• Proven ability to structure, analyze, and challenge complex business requirements
• Solid understanding of CRM processes and sales lifecycle management
• Experience working in international and multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong exposure to Agile environments (user stories, backlog, sprint cycles)
• Experience in functional testing and UAT execution
• Excellent communication skills, both business and technical
• Autonomous, structured, and delivery‑oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in large‑scale CRM transformation programs
• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting / analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, BI tools)
• Exposure to data flows, integrations, or CRM architecture basics
• Experience with advanced automation or AI‑driven CRM features (e.g., Einstein)
