CEVA Logistics, part of the CMA CGM Group, seeks a Customer Business Solutions Manager to bridge customers, commercial teams, operations and IT. You will design, implement and enhance customer-facing solutions, including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools and dashboards that improve visibility and supply chain performance.

You will lead projects from pre-sales to deployment, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and educate teams on the digital ecosystem to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Global Supply Chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, customer-facing solutions, EDI, reporting tools, and logistics systems (TMS).
• Proven ability to manage projects and translate customer requirements into effective business solutions.

Responsabilités

• Support Business Development and Tender Management during customer tenders and solution presentations.
• Promote standard digital solutions, web platforms, EDI capabilities, and e-booking tools.
• Design customer-focused solutions aligned with operations and business objectives.
• Lead implementation of business solutions for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate EDI implementation projects with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and configure customer reports, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Provide data quality and control reporting to support operational excellence.
• Monitor solution performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote solution adoption during customer reviews and meetings.
