Alan is seeking a senior strategist to join the Business Strategy & Operations team, driving planning and performance across global markets. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Based in the Paris area or Barcelona, you will own medium to large scale projects, shape business strategy, and enable Sales & Account Management with analytics, tools, and training. Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business strategy, sales strategy & operations, or revenue operations in B2B.
• Experience with leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
