Alan is hiring an experienced Senior Ops & Product Builder to lead the most critical, ambiguous challenges. You will set the vision, make hard calls, and own outcomes that affect Alan’s P&L and the member experience.

You’ll join 80+ Ops teammates worldwide, drive cross‑functional alignment, and scale new services across France, Belgium and beyond. English is mandatory and one of Spanish, French or Dutch; you’ve previously delivered >€10M/year impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship.
• Highly structured with strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year).

Responsabilités

• Saving millions via fraud detection with scale-aware tooling strategy.
• Building a global recovery engine to reduce costs and align with local rules.
• Scaling psychotherapy online sessions across countries with quality control.
• Reinventing healthcare expense payment through supplier negotiations.
