Job summary

Alan is hiring a Business Segment Lead to drive market leadership within a defined segment in France. You will articulate a vision, set priorities, and allocate resources to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will work across Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing and partner with other segment leaders to align on a long-term value plan. You will lead market intelligence, shape our value proposition and pricing, and own the go-to-market strategy including renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of prior experience leading a business (product category, business segment, etc.).
• Full working proficiency in French.
• Advanced level in English.
• Exceptional ability to establish transversal influence.
• Used to analyze and manipulate data to build a 360 degree view of your market.
• Strong business sense while digging into product considerations.
• Able to articulate clear strategies despite complexity/uncertainty.
• Prior experience working with senior leadership.
• You are a generalist self-starter, adaptable and willing to go on the field to support your team.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence and sizing of segments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Define value proposition and pricing to differentiate the offer.
• Go-to-Market strategy including renewal and expansion.
• Own P&L and allocate resources based on ROI.
• Collaborate with Product to balance market insights with product decisions.
