CMA CGM Group is looking for a Global Sales Performance Management Specialist to support the commercial strategy for its largest global customers. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and develop executive-level briefing documents and customer game plans.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration with Global Sales, Finance, BI, and Operations, and the development of data-driven business stories for Top Management and key accounts.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, international business, marketing, supply chain, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Commercial Strategy and business development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in preparing executive-level customer preparation and sales strategy.
Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

Strategic Account Planning & Customer Game Plans: Prepare comprehensive Customer Game Plans and executive materials for Group’s largest global customers and beyond.
Consolidate commercial performance, customer strategy, market intelligence, competitive landscape, network opportunities and key business insights into executive-ready materials.
Ensure all customer materials are accurate, impactful, visually compelling and tailored to the audience.
