CMA CGM Group's Global PMO seeks a Senior Specialist to oversee cross-functional programs at the Marseille head office. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor milestones, and steer complex initiatives within a strategic transformation program.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or business degree with 8–10 years in PMO roles, fluent in French and English, and preferably experience in maritime or logistics sectors. You will interact with executives and drive results.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MBA with PM training (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
• 8–10 years managing complex programs or transformation PMOs.
• Experience in maritime, logistics, or transportation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a cross-functional view of the program and identify interdependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, organize decision-making, and drive bottlenecks to resolution.
• Consolidate plans, objectives, and progress across initiatives.
• Implement monitoring and reporting with milestones and metrics.
• Identify risks early and prepare steering committee materials.
• Balance strategic decisions with operational delegation and oversight.
• Communicate progress and risks to executives and stakeholders.
• Support PMO skill development and collaboration with other departments.
• Promote clear processes, defined responsibilities, and stakeholder buy-in.
