CMA CGM in Marseille seeks a Global Sales Performance Management Specialist to support the commercial strategy for the group’s largest customers. You’ll turn complex data into executive-ready insights, preparing Customer Game Plans and briefing documents for top management.

You’ll analyze performance across portfolios, collaborate with Global and Regional sales teams, and help shape account strategies with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, international business, marketing, supply chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Commercial Strategy and business development.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare comprehensive Customer Game Plans and executive briefing documents.
• Consolidate performance, strategy, market intelligence into executive materials.
• Analyze commercial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Global Sales, Regional teams and Finance with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and storytelling for management.
