EasyVista is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our growing SaaS organisation. Reporting to the CHRO, you will drive recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding with an international, business-partner mindset.

Your multilingual capabilities (French, English, German) and international experience will be essential to support growth across multiple markets and locations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management in SaaS/software.
• Proven track record of recruiting and onboarding talent in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
• Multilingual and cross-cultural competencies with international exposure.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Screen, interview, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers.
• Design and optimize onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Create and manage employer branding content and recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
