Job summary

Sqills is seeking an experienced SaaS Solutions Consultant to translate complex business problems into scalable configurations of the S3 Passenger platform. You will work with major rail operators, bridging business processes and IT solutions across B2C, B2B and B2E channels, finance, CRM, and data systems.

The role is based in Paris with hybrid work options and international travel. You will lead workshops, provide expert guidance during implementation, and ensure the solution aligns with

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, IT, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as consultant, business analyst, information analyst, or similar IT-focused role.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• International experience and willingness to travel.
• Experience translating business objectives into IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of S3 Passenger for customers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice during implementation and integration.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications, considering scalability and applicability across the customer base.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to support customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify opportunities to improve S3 Passenger based on feedback and usage patterns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities for future business development through customer interactions and evolving needs.
