Job summary

Danone in Paris is hiring to lead the global deployment, adoption and scaling of Revenue Growth Management capabilities across Zones and CBUs. You will operate at the intersection of business transformation, capability building, change and digital enablement, turning global standards into practical, sustainable value.

The role focuses on deploying taxonomy, standards, and a core model scale-up, with change plans, training, and governance to ensure successful handover to business-as-usual.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RGM, Sales, Commercial Excellence or related transformation field.
• Experience leading complex global or regional programmes across markets and functions.
• Practical understanding of pricing, trade investment, GtN, TPM/TTM and/or commercial data and systems.
• Strong programme governance, change and adoption capabilities.
• Ability to translate between commercial priorities, process, data and technology.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority in a global matrix.
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome-oriented, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment roadmap across priority markets, from readiness to resources and risks.
• Drive market onboarding, taxonomy adoption and governance alignment with TPM and financial reporting.
• Lead fit-to-standard assessments and scale-up of TPM/TTM Core Model with governance.
• Build change plans, deployment toolkits, training approaches, and adoption KPIs.
• Clarify accountabilities and establish repeatable deployment playbooks across Global, Zone and CBU levels.
• Translate commercial needs into clear capability requirements and connect business, IT & Data, vendors and partners.
• Support the evaluation and scale-up of emerging RGM capabilities for practical deployment readiness.
