GEODIS INTERSERVICES is seeking a Business Transformation Lead to drive the Finance & Procurement Core Model across the organization. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, aligning requirements, and delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives in a multinational context.

The candidate will promote transformation ambitions, set governance, define KPIs, and ensure training and change management plans align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience on transformation projects.
• Proven track record on major multinational transformations.
• End-to-end view with strong change management.
• Experience implementing ERP Core Finance systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Fluent in French and English; strong Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote GEODIS transformation ambitions to stakeholders.
• Deliver the Finance & Procurement Core Model aligned with requirements.
• Governance: ensure cross-functional topics managed end-to-end.
• Coordinate with HR on Change Management actions.
• Define KPIs to monitor Core Model deployment.
