Job summary

Danone is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Corporate Tax team in France. You will partner with the Senior Corporate Tax Manager and leaders across EMEA to drive execution, governance and strategic tax initiatives.

You will engage in French tax governance, international tax matters, and global tax processes, working closely with multiple stakeholders and leveraging tax digitalization efforts to support the transformation of the tax function.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate taxation, ideally in a multinational group or Big Four environment.
• Strong knowledge of international tax matters, with exposure to French corporate taxation.
• Experience supporting tax audits, tax governance or advisory projects.
• Exposure to global tax processes such as Pillar Two, CbCR, tax transparency or risk management is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support French corporate tax governance matters and interactions with tax authorities.
• Assist in strategic corporate and international tax advisory projects.
• Contribute to global tax processes, including Pillar Two and CbCR governance.
• Coordinate regional EMEA tax activities and governance forums.
• Support tax digitalization, process improvement and data governance initiatives.
• Assist the PMO with transversal tax projects and governance materials.
