Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a seasoned RGM leader to drive capability development and the deployment of RGM tools across markets. You will partner with the Global Head of Revenue Growth Excellence to define maturity roadmaps and identify priority markets for deployment of RGM tools and processes.

You will lead the deployment of the Vista Rev'Up solution, support selected markets, and organize quarterly RGM Community sessions to share insights and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Analytics.
• Experience managing international or cross-market projects.
• Experience in promotion analytics in FMCG/CPG is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive RGM capability development and deployment.
• Support the Global Head of RGM Excellence in defining the maturity roadmap.
• Identify priority markets for RGM tools and build roadmaps.
• Lead deployment of the Vista Rev'Up solution.
• Support markets in deployment and adoption of Vista Rev'Up.
• Organize quarterly RGM Community sessions and share best practices.
• Develop and improve RGM tools focused on pricing and promotion analytics.
• Collaborate with Data and IT teams to translate market needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide analytical support to ensure tangible business results.
