Job summary

Danone is offering a six-month internship at its headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison, starting January 2027. You will join the Transformation, Governance & Chapters (TGC) team within IT & Data Supporting Functions under Diana RYTIK.

The role focuses on building a shared operating system, improving transparency, and driving priority communication across Supporting Functions and Product Teams. Eligible candidates pursue a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Interest in organizational effectiveness, governance and transformation.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, leadership reviews and cross-functional alignment workshops.
• Analyze operational, portfolio, financial and performance data to inform decisions.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives and change management activities.
