Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Head of Global Revenue Growth Excellence to design and drive a global RGM maturity roadmap, accelerating digital transformation with Vista Rev-up and related tools. You will lead cross-functional teams across HQ and markets to ensure adoption, governance, and impact of RGM initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial leadership, strong influencing skills, and the ability to manage a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial leadership roles.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Agile, autonomous leader with adaptability to rapid changes.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Define global RGM maturity roadmap and deployment across markets.
• Lead design and deployment of Vista Rev-up and related tools.
• Coordinate with HQ Data Analysts, Deployment Teams and Tech.
• Ensure adoption and governance of RGM tools across markets.
• Organize cross-functional communications and best practice sessions.
• Support G18 markets on RGM topics when needed.
