La Vie is expanding its plant-based bacon business across Europe. We are seeking a driven Export Sales professional to lead international growth, excluding France and the UK.

You will hunt growth with QSRs and brands, build budgets, coordinate with production and logistics, and manage partnerships with distributors. Fluent English and export experience are essential, with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for plant-based foods.

Responsibilities

• Develop QSR deals across Europe as the top priority and push innovations to win tenders.
• Hunt partnerships with plant-based and food brands to expand brand presence.
• Build export budgets and assess opportunities against deal criteria.
• Prepare export plans for 2027+ and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing deals in Europe and manage distributor/retailer partnerships.
• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to signature and coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics and marketing.
