Filigran is seeking a hands-on, globally experienced People leader to steer the People Organization through its next growth phase. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will run global People Operations, Payroll and Total Rewards and drive an AI-first operating model across Europe, North America and APJ.

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience with leadership across People Operations and Total Rewards.
• Proven track record scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology company.
• Strong experience across Europe, North America and APJ, with multi-entity and EOR exposure.
