Filigran is seeking a hands-on, globally experienced People leader to scale our People operations across Europe, North America and APJ. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead global payroll and Total Rewards and drive an integrated, AI-first People operating model.

You will guide regional teams, leverage data-driven insights and ensure compliant, scalable processes for a rapidly growing, remote-first organization with ~300 employees across 18 countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR / People experience.
• Proven experience scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology company.
• Strong global experience across Europe, North America and APJ.
• Highly technology- and AI-oriented, with automation and AI agentic workflows experience.
• Strong systems, data and commercial mindset with ability to connect infrastructure to business priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale global People Operations, continuously building and improving the operating model, team and infrastructure across regions.
• Lead and develop regional People Ops and Payroll teams with strong regional expertise.
• Build and optimize an AI-first People operating model with automation and integrated tech ecosystem.
• Own global payroll operations with multi-country execution.
• Own global Total Rewards operations in partnership with CPO.
• Oversee global employment compliance and mobility, leveraging local experts.
• Use People data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning for CPO-led decisions.
• Support managers on performance, employee relations, workforce matters and change.
• Remain hands-on and execution-oriented, balancing leadership with systems and process design.
