Fresenius Medical Care in France seeks a Payroll Transformation Business Analyst to support the global payroll strategy, from input validation to disbursement.

You will design payroll governance, document local policies, and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement payroll solutions aligned with the global design while meeting local needs. You will collaborate across borders on rollout projects and support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption by local teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience with payroll processes and/or transformation.
• Experience with executing system implementations and projects.
• Fluent English; additional European language desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design payroll governance, process and system strategy to standardize and automate.
• Capture local policies and migrate knowledge into HR Shared Services.
• Collaborate with system vendors and country teams to implement payroll solutions aligned with global design.
• Be the go-to expert on payroll system functionality for enhancements or changes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with IT and prioritize future enhancements.
• Support deployment and maintenance of payroll solutions across the global footprint.
• Prepare and run design sessions to optimize processes and configurations.
• Recommend system enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Design, maintain and report SLAs and KPI dashboards.
