Iron Mountain seeks an analytical Senior Payroll Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) to join our France payroll operations and drive a major in‑house consolidation effort. You will lead the transition of outsourced payroll into a centralised team with transparent, audit-ready documentation.

• Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating complex payroll data to identify and resolve risks.
• Fluency in French and English to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.

Responsabilités

• Execute Payroll Integration: Support the transition of outsourced payroll operations into a centralised in-house team, ensuring end-to-end processes are fully documented for transparency and audit readiness.
• Collaborate for Transformation: Partner closely with Global Technology and HR teams to prepare for the transition to a global outsourced payroll engine while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure Legislative Compliance: Provide deep subject matter expertise on French payroll legislation to resolve data discrepancies and guarantee alignment with local regulations.
