Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Payroll Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) in Morangis, France to drive the consolidation of French payroll into a unified in-house operation. You will lead the transition from outsourced to internal processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with Global Technology and HR teams to harmonise payroll operations across the EMEA region, delivering stronger governance and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in French payroll within complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and related regulations.
• Experience with payroll transformation or systems integration projects.
• Fluency in French and English to support cross-functional teams (EMEA).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.

Responsabilités

• Execute Payroll Integration: support transition of outsourced payroll into centralised in-house team with end-to-end process documentation.
• Collaborate with Global Technology and HR to prepare for transition to global outsourced payroll engine while maintaining vendor relationships.
• Ensure legislative compliance and resolve data discrepancies to align with local regulations.
