ZF Group is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist to deliver high-quality HR services within an international Shared Services environment. You will manage payroll coordination, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle activities, collaborating with local and global HR stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in payroll and/or personnel administration.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or centralized HR service model.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, personnel administration, and employment law.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll applications, and ticket management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding activities including documentation and registrations.
• Administer temporary and apprenticeship contracts in compliance with laws.
• Coordinate time and absence management processes (vacation, sick leave, etc.).
• Prepare, validate, and coordinate payroll data including fixed and variable elements.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers for accurate payroll processing and documentation.
• Serve as a key HR and payroll contact, handling tickets via service management tools.
• Support HR process harmonization, digitalization, and global/local HR projects.
