Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for international employees with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional service. You will guide clients through complex terminations, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive improvements in processes and automation.

The role is fully remote within an international team, requires strong HR experience, and emphasizes AI-enabled HR capabilities and global compliance.

Qualifications

• HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with a strong offboarding focus.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees to facilitate separations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and government bodies to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents and maintain employee records with privacy in mind.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and better customer/employee experience.
