Mistral AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to shape the experience for every new joiner worldwide. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding or employee programs end to end.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfort working across teams and adapting to new tools and workflows.
• Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and implement change.
• Analytical approach to tracking outcomes and improving processes.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership of daily tasks.
• Confidence navigating HR technology (HRIS, payroll, or similar systems).
• Desire to create a welcoming, consistent experience for every new colleague.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions.
• Develop, implement, and improve onboarding programs and resources for the organization.
• Ensure equipment and resources are ready before each employee’s start date.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and integration milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding processes aligned and effective.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness and use data to improve programs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive scalable solutions.
• Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners needing support.
